Mubasher: Al Bilad Medical Services posted a statement saying that its capital raise request submitted to Jordan’s Ministry of Industry and Trade has been approved on Sunday.  

The statement indicated that its capital will increase to JOD 30 million from JOD 22 million through offering rights issue.

The capital hike was approved by the company’s extraordinary general meeting last November.
